A detached two-storey house of 100 m² in the quiet Happy Hill holiday park on the edge of Černý Důl. Six people fit comfortably into three bedrooms.
The ground floor holds a bright open-plan living area with kitchen and dining table, opening straight onto the terrace, plus a separate WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Location & surroundings
Černý Důl sits in the heart of the Giant Mountains, 500 m above sea level. Slopes and hiking trails start minutes from the door. Vrchlabí, home to the national park headquarters and a water centre, is ten kilometres away, the Sněžka cable car just under twenty-five – the whole range is within easy reach, in winter and in summer alike.
The number 32 is a land-registry number, not a street number – enter the coordinates into your sat-nav so it does not send you to a different house.
